Founded at the height of the 2020 pandemic. San Jose Wellness Center was in the front lines of primary care and COVID vaccination for El Paso and Santa Teresa during the most trying of times.

Scope
At San Jose Wellness Center we offer primary and continuing medical care for adults. We accept most insurance carriers. If you do not have insurance it's not a problem, we offer a number of self pay options.

PAYMENT FOR SERVICES IS DUE AT THE TIME SERVICES ARE RENDERED
Payment for services not covered by your insurance: Cash and Credit Card No Personal Checks.
We must emphasize that as your medical care provider, our relationship and concern is with you and your health, not your insurance company.
ALL CHARGES ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE DATE SERVICES ARE RENDERED.
We realize that emergencies do arise and may affect timely payment of your account. You will still be responsible for payment of all services rendered. All fees still pending with your insurance carriers after 90 days will be your responsibility.
